hi, a user cannot login to his pc because of time differnece between his pc and the server. how can i reset his pc's time so he can log in? in the login batch file for the users, there is the following command, which i thought would make users' pc sync with the server: net time \\server_name /set /yes tia.

novell 5.1 sp5 nw client 4.90sp1a attempting to use ldap contextless login for users. receive pop-up message: "ldap contextless login: couldn't get tree name from server. probably not an nds 8.x or later server." login context is not saved when logging out and logging in as another user from different context. novell does not make clear how to determine if ldap login has succeeded or failed. we have gone through several tids describing how to give browsing rights through nds without success.

i installed win 2003 web server. i setup login users for 30 people to the ftp site. when the user logs in using the web browser using the address ftp://www.mysite.com the login and password box pop's up. when the user enters the valid user name & password the user gets logged in as anonomous. when the user uses dos ftp or ws-ftp with the same user name & password it works fine. why is the web page not working? thanks

when you look in the schema manager from nds manager, login script attribute is used by the classes: group organization, organizational unit, profile, template user. the instances of the above classes that is the nds objects has login script property available in details page but for the object "group". why?
