hi,
i have a big problem! (with authorware!!) please bare with the following essay!
background:
within my program, i have a main menu where you can choose 3 options; to navigate to quiz 1, quiz 2 or help. both quiz'z are produced using the knowledge object - quiz. each quiz has a login screen.
now, in theory, the user should be able to be able to finish one quiz and then navigate to the main menu and then do the 2nd quiz. or be able to quit the current quiz and navigate to main menu etc
i have placed a navigate button icon linking to the main menu within the quiz navigation controls.
when you press the main menu button it does as you would expect - navigates to 'main menu'. this is where the dredded problem occurs!!!
problem:
you log into the 2nd quiz and upon pressing enter the screen automatically freezes and shows the score sheet for this quiz straight away + you cannot answer a question (the only option is to restart the program!)
why does this happen?? the program seems to loose its progression and then errors from there on.
this is a real problem because i need to have the program ready to package asap.
please can you help?
thankyou
discos
ok, this should be an easy quiz. (or maybe it`s hard:-) ten (10)
questions with the answers right in front of you.
you just have to hit the right button`s. ha-ha! and your score is:
??????????
i predict that you will like this quiz and want more of them. :-)

there's a surprisingly sneaky msn science fiction quiz today. i got 11/11
but only because i guessed which answer the quiz-maker didn't know the
write answer to. and if you disdain tv, you've got problems :)
